Marvel sure does enjoy making headlines with their main heroes and Captain America is among their finest examples. He starts a Civil War, He dies, he comes back to life, he battles the X-Men, he teams us with the X-Men, and now he…is an old fart pants!? Whaaa!? Yeah, the comic book world is often pretty bananas and basically all you need to know going into ALL NEW CAPTAIN AMERICA is that the “Super Serum” that keeps Steve Rogers young and strong has been ripped from his body causing him to revert to what would be his original age of around 90. And of course he is still sharp as a tack in the old noggin so he can lead from off the battlefield whilst a new and more able body fills in as the New Captain. Enter Sam Wilson, AKA The Falcon.
This new and exciting series from Marvel mainstay Rick Remender (UNCANNY X-FORCE) is only 2 issues deep at the moment and is just begging you to go pick it up before ol’ Cap likely re-reverts back to the young and tough all American pretty boy we all know and love.
