Mission: Comics & Art presents “CROWDED” - new paintings by Nick Wildermuth.

Wildermuth’s work features multitude of street folk, ne'er-do-wells, and down and out cartoon animals filling the streets and bars. He draws his inspirations from cartoons, comics, pop culture, movies, TV, and the people he sees walking around the streets. Wildermuth, a Los Angeles native, was a founding memeber of the Nice Penguins arts collective there. He has recently relocated to San Francisco to pursue his M.F.A. at the SF Art Institute. While continuing with his painting, Wildermuth has most recently brought his artwork into the streets themselves in the form of posters strategically placed on trash cans, dumpsters and bus stops.
