On the edge of my seat reading EDGE OF SPIDER-VERSE!
Holy cow I am waiting patiently for the upcoming Spider-Man event SPIDER-VERSE that is said to feature every single Spider-Man EVER! That’s a tall order seeing how the old web-head has been around since before a lot of us were born, and the fact that there have seemingly been countless iterations of the character. Spider-Ham, Werewolf Spider-Man, and Man-Spider, I’m looking at you!
So to keep us frothing-at-the-mouth nerds at bay, Marvel has decided to do a mini-series before the mini-series. Classic. It’s called EDGE OF SPIDER-VERSE and it aims to set up a few things before we get to the juicy main course. A setting of the table if you will. A cleaning up before the in-laws come visit. A quick breath mint before the big date if I may. Ok, ok, you get the idea.
Each issue of EDGE OF SPIDER-VERSE will feature a different creative team and take place in a different alternate universe. Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect from the planned 5 issues:
