Written by J.T. KRULKrul’s been writing Green Arrow for a while now, and also wrote the infamous Arsenal grief induced heroin and cat assault binge binge. The new direction with this book seems to be to make Ollie more like his TV analogue on Smallville. Jurgens and Perez teaming up on art could be interesting though.
