Grant Morrison really “gets” Superman, and brings out the most iconic, cool and classy aspects of the character. This is maybe the book I’m most looking forward too. Even when I don’t understand Grant’s plots, his love and admiration for the power of the superhero archetype comes through. I can’t wait to see what he does with Superman here and what he can say about the human condition and our potential to become more than we thought we were.
