Monday 8/28 - Kirby Centennial Celebration & Fundraiser

This year we’ll be celebrating Jack Kirby’s 100th Birthday!!!

Jack “The King” Kirby was one of the most influential artist of the 20th Century. Not only did he co-create Captain America and most of the Marvel Universe, he also created much of the dynamism of comics that we appreciate today. Each year we celebrate his legacy and birthday with theKirby4Heroes Campaign and also raise funds for the Hero Initiative.

We’ll also be joined by Image Comics founder and SAVAGE DRAGON creator Erik Larsen! In addition comic industry veteran AL Gordon will also join us!

20% of all sales on August 28th will be donated to the Hero Initiative the only non-profit organization that helps comic creators in need, and has done so for over ten years.
